In the event of wet weather ground closures the club initiates the following proceedures

Training
An email will be sent out with the cancellation of training by 5pm on the night of training to ALL club members.
Closures after 5pm will be notified by text message* with messages sent to O35/O45 for tuesday nights and AA2/AA3 for wednesday nights. If you do not recieve a message assume training is still on, if in doubt call your team manager as they are often the first informed and will be able to guide you

Games
For weekend games an email will be sent out for cancellation/movement of games by 5pm friday to ALL club members.
After 5pm friday any changes to grounds/cancellations will be made by SMS text to relevant teams. If you do not recieve a message assume the game is still on and show up because it wouldn't be good to have to forfiet based on a wrong assumption. If in doubt call your team manager as they are often the first informed and will be able to guide you

* Note the club uses a sms service so the messages are sent from a server and the number can not be called back
